Our facilities include a 40,000m2 production plant with the capacity to store 15,000 tons of raw materials distributed across 14 independent silos. The warehouse for the finished product has a covered area of 5,000m2 and an uncovered area of 6,000m2. This storage capacity allows us to react rapidly and flexibly to our clients’ needs.

The facilities are distributed in the following manner:  
                                                                                                                               
The shaped products facility features 10 hydraulic presses with a pressing force of up to 2,000 tons. Ee also make use of a modern compressed air network installation for shaping special parts.

We have the latest and most advanced technology in impregnation of bricks with colloidal solutions that allow a great improvement of its characteristics and its use for new purposes.

For the unshapped products we have three independent plants for grinding, classifying and mixing of refractory masses and concretes. Our production capacity is 16,000 tons.

The baking and tempering facility comprises a gas combustion tunnel kiln measuring 80 metres with a maximum temperature of 1,650°C, and another tunnel kiln measuring 60 metres with a maximum temperature of 1,550°C.

The drying plant features a static dryer covering an area of 500m2, two tunnel dryers measuring 40 metres, and a rotary dryer measuring 10 metres.

The mechanics workshop, for manufacturing moulds and maintaining the facilities.

Finally, the packaging facility features one electric kiln for laminating pallets and two automatic bagging machines for unshaped products.

Laboratory

Our laboratory features the following technical facilities:
-Atomic absorption spectrophotometer
- UV-VIS spectrophotometer
- TA kiln
- Electric kiln up to 1800°C
- Testing machine to establish RCF and RFF
- Rotary kiln for corrosion testing
- Muffle kiln

ITMA

We are founding partners of  the  Materials Technology Institute (ITMA), whose headquarters are located near our premises. Equipped with the latest laboratory technology, this allows us to conduct al types of  testing to monitor, analyse and develop materials.
